How it works

1. Short phone call. Where does the project stand? When do sales start?
2. Free demo. You send plans or an existing image. We use them to create a demo visualization.
3. Quote. You receive a package that matches the size of your project, at a fixed price.
4. Project start. You hand over plans, material specifications and reference images. We draw up the schedule.
5. First draft after 4–5 days. This is followed by 2–3 feedback rounds.
6. Delivery. Images, film, brochure and website are ready for portals, listings and social media. In the Komplett package, the advertising campaign starts afterwards.

Delivery time

You receive the first draft of the visualizations after 4–5 days. This is followed by 2–3 feedback rounds. How long the whole package takes depends on the scope. A film or a project website takes more time than a few images. You receive the exact schedule at the start of the project.

What it costs

The price depends on how many units your project has, how many images you need and which services are included. There are four packages based on project size. Each one builds on the previous one:

• Start for 1–4 units: visualizations and a compact brochure.
• Standard for 5–10 units: plus short film and a brochure in its own design with a project logo.
• Premium for 11–30 units: plus project website, apartment finder and 3D floor plans.
• Komplett for over 30 units or when it needs to be fast: plus advertising campaign with support.

The 360° virtual tour is ordered as an add-on. It is listed separately in the quote.

What does it cost to market a new-build project with Division?

That depends on the number of units, the number of images and the scope. We work with four packages based on project size: Start, Standard, Premium and Komplett. You receive a fixed quote with one package. You can request a free demo visualization first.

How quickly will I see the first images?

You receive the first draft of the visualizations after 4–5 days. This is followed by 2–3 feedback rounds. We set the schedule for the whole package at the start of the project.

Do you also sell the apartments?

No. Division is not a real estate agency. We deliver images, film, brochure, website and advertising campaign. Viewings and sales meetings are handled by you or your agent.

We already have an agent. Does this still work?

Yes. We work together with your agent. Often the agent is our client, for example RE/MAX in Krattigen. The agent sells, we supply the images, film and documents.

Can I see beforehand what my project will look like with you?

Yes, with a free demo visualization. You send us plans or an existing image of your project, and we create a visualization from it as a work sample. The offer is for property developers, real estate agents and architects with a specific project.

Do you only work in Zurich?

No. Our office is in Zurich, and we work on projects across German-speaking Switzerland. Our references range from Zermatt to Thayngen.

What do you need from us to get started?

Plans, details of the materials and, if available, reference images. We clarify everything else in the first conversation.
