Division builds a dedicated project website for your new-build project, also called a development website or property website. Buyers find everything in one place: images, film, floor plans, available apartments and a contact form. Division is a studio in Zurich for the visualization and marketing of new-build projects. We work for property developers, real estate agents and architects across German-speaking Switzerland.

- Contact form: prospective buyers get in touch directly.
- On request: sun position for each apartment and a 360° virtual tour.
Images and film come from the same package: visualizations, short film and brochure. Everything fits together because it comes from the same team.

- Free demo. You send us plans or an existing image. We create a demo visualization from your documents.
- Quote. You receive a fixed quote with the package that matches the size of your project.
- Documents. You supply the unit schedule with floor areas, prices and status, plus plans and the construction specification.
- Images and film. You see the first draft of the visualizations after 4–5 days. You have 2–3 feedback rounds.
- Website. We build the site with images, film, floor plans and apartment finder. You review it and give feedback.
- Launch. Once you approve it, the site goes live under the project domain.

What it costs
The price depends on the number of units, the number of images and the scope. You receive a fixed quote with a package that matches the size of your project.
The project website is included in two packages:
- Premium: for projects with 11 to 30 units.
- Komplett: for projects with over 30 units, or when it needs to be fast. It adds an advertising campaign on Facebook and Instagram, see Marketing for new-build projects.

Does the project website replace listings on Homegate and ImmoScout24?
No, it complements them. The listing contains the link to the project website. There, prospective buyers find all the details and the contact form.
From what project size is a dedicated website worth it?
In our packages, the project website is included from around 11 units. We have also built project websites for smaller projects. Sometimes images, film and a good brochure are enough there. We tell you openly whether it is worth it.
Does Division also sell the apartments?
No. We produce the marketing material: images, film, brochure and website. You or your agent handle the sale. How we set up the complete marketing is explained under Marketing for new-build projects.
