Apartment Finder for New-Build Projects
Division in Zurich builds apartment finders for new-build projects. The apartment finder (also called a unit navigator) is an interactive apartment selector: prospective buyers click on an apartment directly on the building and see the floor plan, floor area, purchase price and status (available, reserved, sold). For property developers, real estate agents and architects across German-speaking Switzerland.
What you get
- Building view with all apartments. Every visible apartment is marked on the facade and coloured by status. Apartments on the rear side get a note.
- Key facts for each apartment. Number, rooms, floor area, floor, purchase price and status at a glance.
- Apartment list with filters, sorting and a shortlist. Anyone looking for a 4½-room apartment can filter for it.
- Detail page for each apartment. Images, floor plan as an image and as a PDF to download, plus an enquiry form. The enquiry is sent by email to the address you choose.
- A dedicated link for every apartment. Your sales team sends prospective buyers straight to the right apartment.
- Surroundings in the picture. Railway station, town centre, shopping and other destinations with direction and distance.
- On request: a shadow study with the sun position at different times of year and day, and a 360° virtual tour through the show apartment.
One point of contact for everything. Visualizations, short film, project website and apartment finder come from the same team and fit together.
Who it is for
The apartment finder is designed for new-build projects with several apartments, from a single apartment building to a large residential development.
- Property developers who sell their apartments and want to show the current status online.
- Real estate agents and marketers who sell a new-build project. We produce the material, you sell the apartments.
- Architects who present a project to the client or to buyers.
How it works
- Send documents. Plans, unit schedule with rooms, floor areas, floors, purchase prices and status, plus any existing images.
- Choose the view. We choose the view on which buyers click the apartments: a visualization or a 360° aerial image of the site. If images are missing, we create them.
- Mark the apartments. We draw each apartment precisely on the facade and link it to the floor plan, data and images. Apartments on the hidden side of the building get a note.
- Review. You test the draft. 2–3 feedback rounds are planned.
- Go live. The apartment finder runs on your project website, within your existing website or at its own address.
- Keep the status up to date. You tell us about reservations and sales, and we update the status. How long this is included after launch is stated in the quote.
Delivery time
The delivery time depends on the number of apartments and on whether images and plans are already finished. We give you the date in the quote. If we also create the visualizations, the first draft of the images is ready after 4–5 days.
What it costs
The price depends on:
- the number of apartments,
- the number of images we create for it,
- the scope, for example a shadow study or a 360° virtual tour.
The apartment finder is part of our Premium (11–30 units) and Komplett (over 30 units) packages. The project website is included in both packages. You receive a fixed quote with the package that matches the size of your project. You can request a free demo visualization based on your documents first.
The Komplett package adds a social media advertising campaign that brings prospective buyers to your project. More about the complete marketing for new-build projects.

Frequently asked questions
What is an apartment finder?
An apartment finder is an interactive online apartment selector. Buyers see the building, click on an apartment and get the floor plan, floor area, purchase price and status. It is also called a unit navigator or an interactive unit schedule.
What does an apartment finder from Division cost?
That depends on the number of apartments and the scope. The apartment finder is part of the Premium and Komplett packages. You receive a fixed quote as soon as we have seen your documents.
What documents do you need from us?
We need floor plans, a unit schedule with rooms, floor areas, floors, purchase prices and status, and any existing visualizations. If images are missing, we create them from your plans.
Do we need a 3D model of the building?
No, not necessarily. We mark the apartments on a view of the building, for example a visualization or a 360° aerial image of the site. We use a 3D model from your CAD software for the shadow study.
Can I embed the apartment finder in my existing website?
Yes. Your webmaster embeds it with one line of code. It can also run on a dedicated project website or at its own address.
How does the status stay up to date?
You tell us about reservations and sales, and we update the status. How long this is included after launch is stated in the quote. This way buyers see which apartments are still available.
Does the apartment finder replace listings on Homegate or ImmoScout24?
No, it complements them. The listing contains the link to the apartment finder or directly to the individual apartment. There, prospective buyers find the floor plan, images and the enquiry form.
Free demo or project enquiry
Send us plans or an existing image. We use them to create a free demo visualization as a work sample. Or send us your project enquiry directly, and we will get back to you with a quote.
