How it works

1. Send documents. Plans, material specifications or existing images. You receive a free demo visualization based on your documents.
2. Quote. We recommend a package that matches the size of your project. You receive a fixed quote.
3. Visualizations. First draft after 4–5 days. You have 2–3 feedback rounds.
4. Film. The short film is made from the approved images. On request, drone footage can be added as an add-on.
5. Delivery. You receive the film in landscape and portrait format, ready for portals, website and social media.
6. Optional: campaign. In the Komplett package, the film runs as an ad on Facebook and Instagram. More on this under Marketing for new-build projects.

Delivery time

You see the first draft of the visualizations after 4–5 days. The film is then made from the approved images. How long this takes depends on the number of units and on your feedback. We set the delivery date for the finished film in the quote.

What it costs

The price depends on the number of units, the number of images and the scope. You receive a fixed quote with a package that matches the size of your project:

• Start: 1–4 units, visualizations and a compact brochure
• Standard: 5–10 units, visualizations, short film and sales brochure
• Premium: 11–30 units, plus project website and apartment finder
• Komplett: over 30 units or when it needs to be fast, plus the advertising campaign

The short film is included from the Standard package. Drone footage is an add-on and is listed separately in the quote. Before the quote, you receive a free demo visualization. This way you see the work before you decide.

Can you make a film before the building is built?

Yes. The film is made from the visualizations of your project. For location and views, we can add drone footage of the site on request, as an add-on.
