Architectural Visualization for New-Build Projects

Division in Zurich creates architectural visualizations, also known as 3D renderings, for new-build projects. These are photorealistic 3D images of your project, inside and out, before it is built. For property developers, real estate agents and architects across German-speaking Switzerland. The first draft is ready after 4–5 days. 1. Enquiry. Contact us via the form or by phone. We clarify where your project stands, who your buyers are and when sales start.
2. Free demo. If you like, send us plans or an existing image. We use them to create a demo visualization. This way you see the result before you order anything.
3. Quote and start. You receive a fixed quote with the right package. Then you send us all plans and the material concept. We check everything and set the schedule.
4. First draft after 4–5 days. Camera, composition, materials and lighting mood.
5. 2–3 feedback rounds. You tell us what should change. We adjust camera, materials, light and planting.
6. Delivery. All images in the formats for print, web, portals and social media.

Delivery time

The first draft is ready after 4–5 days. This is followed by 2–3 feedback rounds. How long the whole project takes depends on the number of images and on how quickly you give feedback. We set a binding schedule at the start of the project.

We do not publish prices. The price depends on the number of units, the number of images and the scope. You receive a fixed quote with a package that matches the size of your project:

• Start (1–4 units)
• Standard (5–10 units)
• Premium (11–30 units)
• Komplett (over 30 units, or when it needs to be fast)

What documents do you need?

Floor plans, sections and elevations as PDF or DWG. Plus a material concept or reference images for the mood and, if available, landscaping plans. If something is missing, we find a solution together.

Can you work without final plans?

Yes. In early phases we also work with sketches and site plans. Anything that is missing, we clarify in the first conversation.

How many visualizations does an apartment building need?

We set the exact number in the quote, based on the number of units. A small apartment building needs fewer images than a large development. In the first conversation we clarify which views matter for your sales.

Can I see a sample before I place an order?

Yes. We create a demo visualization from your plans or an existing image, free of charge. This way you see the result before you decide.

Do you only work in the Zurich area?

No. We are based in Zurich and work across German-speaking Switzerland. Reference projects are located in Zermatt, Thayngen, Sempach, Egerkingen and Bülach, for example.
