How it works
- Short conversation: Which apartments and rooms should be walkable? Which options should be switchable?
- Documents: your plans and, if available, details of materials and finishes. We clarify exactly what we need in the first conversation.
- Visualizations: we visualize the rooms from your plans (architectural visualization). The first draft is ready after 4–5 days.
- Building the tour: we put the rooms together into a tour and set up the options.
- Review and approval: you walk through the tour yourself and tell us about changes. You have 2–3 feedback rounds.
- Integration: on the project website, as a link in listings or in emails to prospective buyers.
Delivery time
The first draft of the visualizations is ready after 4–5 days. The tour builds on it. How long it takes until the tour is finished depends on the number of rooms and options. We set the date in the quote. If it needs to be fast, tell us in the first conversation.
What it costs
There is no standard price. The price depends on:
- the number of rooms in the tour,
- the number of finish options,
- the package the tour is added to: with visualizations, short film and sales documentation, from Premium also with a project website.
The tour is added as an extension to one of our packages: Standard (5–10 units), Premium (11–30 units) or Komplett (over 30 units). A virtual show apartment is a 360° virtual tour through a furnished apartment in your project. Buyers see the furniture, materials and feel of the space without a real show apartment having to be built and furnished. The link is open at any time, also outside viewing appointments.
Can buyers change the kitchen and flooring in the tour?
Yes. Kitchen, flooring, materials and moods can be switched directly in the tour. We define the available options with you at the start, ideally based on your finishes catalogue.
How long does it take until the tour is finished?
That depends on the number of rooms and options. We set the date for the finished tour in the quote. The visualizations that the tour builds on are ready as a first draft after 4–5 days.
Do I need a tour, or are visualizations enough?
For listings and brochures, visualizations are usually enough. A visualization shows a room from one viewpoint; in a tour, buyers decide for themselves where to look. A tour is worth it mainly where buyers choose between finish options or enquire from further away.
